Maastrichthousing.com is the website of Maastricht University Guesthouse and the Foundation for Student Housing in Maastricht. It's their shared goal to supply good quality housing at affordable prices for students, staff and guests from Maastricht University, Hogeschool Zuyd and Jan van Eyck Academie.

Guesthouse UM offers 800 furnished rooms and studios mainly for short stay (less than a year). The rooms and studios are available to exchange students, international bachelor and master students and to visiting staff.

Maastrichthousing also offers all rooms and studios from the three official housing corporations in Maastricht - Maasvallei, Woonpunt and Servatius (see Our Partners) and from many private landlords/letters. Most accommodations have shared facilities (kitchen and/or bathroom). The studios and apartments have their own facilities.

To help you in your search for housing, all supply is joined in this one website. Using a search profile, all rooms that apply to this profile will be shown to you. To receive the contact information of a landlord or a housing corporation, you have to register. The registration costs are 35 Euro once, for the whole period of your stay in Maastricht. There are no further mediation costs except where indicated (commercial offers).
