Preferential treatment

If you believe that you should receive a preferential treatment at Maastricht Housing due to medical reasons or professional athlete status, you should contact the relevant department of the University.

• For a medical status please contact the supportbureau for disabilities: disability@maastrichtuniversity.nl

Non-EU students receive an extra subscription time of 24 months.

Huurteam Zuid-Limburg

The Huurteam Zuid-Limburg, formerly known as the Housing Helpdesk, helps you with housing-related problems.

They provide free advice and information, contact landlord(organizations) and if necessary submit matters to the Rent Committee or judge.
