Most furnished accommodations are offered by the Maastricht University Guesthouse on this website. They offer single and double rooms and single studios. The Guesthouse reserves approximately 275 furnished rooms exclusively for master and bachelor students. The rooms offered are fully furnished and have a free internet connection. The lease for the room will be 11-months if you start your studies in September and either 6-months or 11-months if you start in February. Since availability is limited, we advice you to apply for a room as soon as possible. If you are a student from the Netherlands, Belgium, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Bremen or Niedersachsen you cannot make use of this service.
